As the CEO of NOLA Build, a Louisiana state-licensed general contracting firm, Marcus Campo leads a team dedicated to excellence in both residential and commercial construction. With a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction, NOLA Build has earned a reputation for successfully completing projects for government agencies, private organizations, and local institutions, including the Louisiana National Guard, the Archdiocese of New Orleans, and the St. Bernard Parish Port in Arabi, LA to name a few
Beyond managing complex construction projects, Marcus is deeply committed to advancing the construction industry. As Vice President of the Home Builders Association of Greater New Orleans (HBAGNO), Vice President of the HBAGNO Political Action Committee, Trustee of the Louisiana Home Builders Association PAC, and Delegate of the National Home Builders Association, he actively works to improve building standards, advocate for contractors, and shape policies that strengthen the industry and housing market in southeast Louisiana.

Heather Hutton is a seasoned financial executive currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of NOLA BUILD Contracting Services, a position she has held since 2016. With a career spanning back to 1997, Heather has garnered extensive experience in the financial sector, having worked with renowned institutions such as Bank Of Louisiana, Fidelity Bank, Metairie Bank & Trust, and Tulane and Loyola Credit Union.
Her diverse background includes working in various departments within the banking industry, providing her with comprehensive knowledge across all sectors of finance. Heather’s commitment to professional development is evident through her participation as an alumna of Leadership St. Bernard and her membership in Professional Women in Building, where she actively engages in networking and industry-related initiatives.
Beyond her financial expertise, Heather’s entrepreneurial spirit shines through as she has previously owned and operated two other businesses—a retail shop and a
plumbing business. These ventures have equipped her with a deep understanding of daily operations, strategic planning, and business management, further enhancing her capabilities as a financial leader.
Heather Hutton’s multifaceted background, encompassing financial acumen, operational experience, and a strong commitment to professional growth, positions her as a valuable asset to NOLA BUILD Contracting Services and the broader business community.

David Cox brings over 23 years of expertise in custom and commercial cabinetry and millwork
to his role as Project Manager at NOLA Build Construction & Design. His extensive experience
encompasses planning, fabrication, custom finishes, and installation, making him a versatile
professional with a deep understanding of both residential and commercial construction projects.
Beyond cabinetry and millwork, David has cultivated valuable skills in electrical work, specialty
flooring, and plumbing, gained through decades of hands-on experience in the construction
industry. This diverse knowledge enables him to oversee projects with a comprehensive
perspective and attention to detail.
David is also proficient in AutoCAD, leveraging his technical skills to create precise shop
drawings and layouts tailored to the unique requirements of each project. His ability to translate
complex concepts into actionable plans ensures every aspect of a project is executed with
precision and efficiency.

Autumn Smith serves as an Administrative Assistant at NOLA Build Construction & Design, where her exceptional communication and organizational skills play a key role in ensuring seamless operations. With a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies, concentrating in Human Development and Family Studies, and a minor in Human Sciences, Autumn brings a unique perspective to her role, combining academic insight with practical expertise.
Prior to joining NOLA Build, Autumn worked as a teacher’s assistant, where she honed her ability to collaborate with diverse teams and families. She supported educators by managing paperwork, assisting with classroom management, and contributing to lesson planning. These experiences cultivated her knack for detail-oriented multitasking and her dedication to fostering effective teamwork.
Autumn thrives in NOLA Build’s professional and team-oriented environment, where she is passionate about contributing to the success of every project. Her goal is to ensure that operations run smoothly, providing
reliable support to the team and clients alike.

Doug serves as a Construction Project Manager, drawing on his experience in home
inspections, sales, and IT to guide projects from planning to completion. His attention to detail,
gained through inspecting homes for quality and compliance, ensures high standards at every
stage. Coupled with his strong communication skills from sales and problem-solving skills from
IT, Doug takes a collaborative approach that keeps projects on time, within budget, and aligned
with clients’ expectations.
